Quick actions are a way to manage items at various stages of the pipeline, all the way through the sales process. They help to make sure that no opportunity is left untouched. The quick actions are available by clicking on the three vertical dots in the top right corner of the pipeline items...



...or on the top right corner of the detail record view for any Requests.


Here are all the quick actions available:

  1. SCHEDULE VIEWING: Sets a time for a an home viewing with a prospect member. The quick action will create a meeting for the date and time of the viewing.
  2. SCREENING INTERVIEW: Collects information about a prospect. This allows to quickly update the member profile and add one ore more attached documents with more profiling info.
  3. VIEWING FOLLOW-UP: Updates the Request with more info about the exact needs from the prospect and helps to send a follow-up email with pricing info.
  4. DOC VERIFICATION: Confirms that a team member has checked the prospect documents and adds them to the member details.
  5. CONTRACT: Confirms the Request pricing, start, end dates, and allow a user to attach a signed agreement. 
  6. MOVE-IN: Set a meeting for the date and time of the move in.
  7. EXTEND CONTRACT: Changes some of the Requests details, such as pricing or end dates, and sends an email confirmation to the member.
  8. AUTO BILL: Creates the automatic bill record for ColivHQ to generate the first and the subsequent monthly bills.
  9. NOTICE: Confirms that the member has given notice, and sends an email to the member as record.
  10. MOVE OUT: Set a meeting for the date and time of the move out date.
  11. LOST: Set a request with Lost status, for those request which are not going to close.
  12. SHARE: Shares a request with other operators in the same city, who have elected to receive shared requests. Here is more about the SHARE quick action.


Most of these quick actions will update the Request record and may update the Member record as well as creating one or more Activity.
