All your account details, personal's and company's, are visible by clicking on your image or name on the top of the left navigation menu bar. The company details are under the MY COMPANY menu and your personal details are under the MY PROFILE menu.



To update your account details follow these steps:

  1. Click on your own name or image on the menu bar
  2. Select MY COMPANY or MY PROFILE, depending on what details you would like to update. If you want to change your own password, select My Profile
  3. Click on the pencil symbol  next to the details to edit or click on the profile picture to change it.
  4. After you’ve added the updated details, click Update


The company details are organised in three areas:

  1. Billing: here you can find all your setting for the monthly billing of your own members
  2. Settings: here you have all other settings for ColivHQ. Here you can add email accounts that you would like to be able to use in ColivHQ, as well as manage integrations with other systems, via API keys.
  3. Users & invoices: here is where you can manage your team on ColivHQ and see your monthly invoices (if you are on a paid plan).
