This is the core of ColivHQ's customer support. From the Issues menu item you can add new maintenance issue and review or edit details about existing ones. New maintenance issues created from integrations are also listed here.
Maintenance issues are classified by type and have a status and a priority, to be able to quickly decide on which ones to focus first.
Clicking on an issue record opens up the detail page that shows all activities, past and scheduled, in addition to the issue information. While looking at these details, one can also add a new activity (including emails), by clicking on the + button.
